RETURN & EXCHANGE

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, your items must:

• Be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of your delivery date.
• Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
• Be returned with all original tags attached and inside the original packaging.

*Note: Products purchased during major promotional sales or marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Who pays? Return shipping costs are fully borne by the sender. Return label fees start at $9 USD and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the return package. For larger orders, the actual return shipping cost may exceed $9 and will be deducted from the refund. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

What is non-refundable? Outbound shipping costs ($12 USD/AUD paid at checkout) and any local taxes or customs duties are non-refundable.

Lost Packages: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue refunds or credits for returned packages that are lost in transit and never reach our warehouse.

1. Send an email to our support team at admin@b4se-core.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Print the label, pack the item carefully in its original box, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and notify you via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your replacement item.
5. Your refund/credit will be processed within 14 business days to your original form of payment.
