We are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our Bags, Backpacks, and Organizers to ensure your workflow remains uninterrupted.
What is Covered Under Our 1-Year Warranty? +
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship errors under normal day-to-day usage. This includes functional damages that prevent you from using the product properly:
- Broken, stuck, or improperly installed zippers.
- Undone or unraveled stitching (within the warranty period).
- Faulty or unlatching metal hardware, buckles, and handles.
- Defective snap buttons or rivets.
💡 How to claim: If you experience any of these issues, please email our support team at admin@b4se-core.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide a free repair or replacement.
What is NOT Covered? +
Our warranty is designed to cover product defects, not everyday usage habits. The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear of leather (natural aging, softening, minor scratches over time).
- Damages caused by improper usage, overloading, accidents, or exposure to liquids/alcohol/chemicals.
- Accidental cuts, rips, or tears caused by sharp objects during transit.
- Small consumable lifestyle accessories (such as wallets, cardholders, or pouches) are excluded from the 1-Year structural warranty.
Out-of-Warranty Repair Services +
If your backpack suffers damage that is not covered under our warranty (or happens after the 1-year period), we still want to help expand your bag's lifespan. We offer leather piece replacements and structural repairs at a reasonable cost. We will provide you with a price quote and a timeline before proceeding.
